Okay, first off I am an extreme noob when it comes to audio/headphones, and all I want is an upgrade from my Razer Blackshark, and I would love wireless ones. My main use for them will be gaming and YouTube. Thanks in advance! (edit: they dont need a mic, I have an external one)

Audio Technica ATH M40X w/ Brainwaves HM5 Pads.

If you need a mic purchase a cheapo lapel microphone from amazon for under $10.00.

Increase your budget by 20-30$ and you will have a pair of headphones that will blow you away and be more comfortable and last way longer than any crappy gaming branded headphone.  You also DO NOT NEED 7.1 or "surround" sound headphones as it all software based anyway... there is not 7+ individual speakers in each cup so dont waste your money on it.  I have been playing FPS games for 15+ years and the positional audio from the M40X is just fine.

Do not buy headphones from a company that makes keyboards & mice just a suggestion.

Also in the future there is a wireless adapter for the M40x.

KINGSTON Over-Ear Headset HyperX Cloud II

These would be right in your budget range, the mic can be taken away. I have been using these for ages without any problems.

They have 7.1 Surround sound and are connected through USB

I know you want wireless but in my opinion wireless has been very unreliable.

Seems kinda clunky with the usb thing and having to plug into that, what about the Cloud Flight model, they don't have 7.1 surround and they're a bit above my budget, but do you think they would be a good option as well?

I have no experience with this model but they won't be bad. The USB isn't too bad it means you can use it on a headphone jack as well so you wouldn't need the USB adapter at all, you would lose the 7.1 surround sound and the mic but if you don't need that these could still be an option
