Why is my computer booting this way?

hhamama66

I recently redid my loop and ended up with my computer going into a series of boot loops before finally starting up normally. The things I did in no particular order are as follows: disconnect the pump on the GPU block, disconnect the CPU block, change the logos on both of them, reverse the flow direction on the loop, take the graphics card out, take the ram out, disconnect the 24 pin on both ends, change the reservoir logo, disconnect and reconnect the pump, disconnect and reconnect the fans (I have the fans hooked up to a commander pro btw), change the tubes and swap a couple of the fittings. Any idea on why this is happening?

Here's a video of my computer booting:

Keep in mind, this happens every single time.
