Upgrading Prebuilt PC

As my title says, I'm wondering if I can upgrade my PC. I bought a prebuilt gaming pc with a gtx 1060 because it was on sale on amazon and it would've been cheaper buying it than building it myself. However, I didn't realize the cooling on it was garbage, so I'm trying to take the components and move it to a bigger case with better cooling. The exact pc is this : ASUS GR8 II-T069Z VR Ready Mini PC Gaming Desktop with Intel Core i5-7400 and GeForce GTX 1060
