Hi everyone

I have msi b350 tomahawk arctic with latest bios and chipset 

And updated all sound drivers ( i use windows 10 )

But still have problem with recording and voice chating while gaming or in discord 

I call msi support but it was no help and support was bad and slow

I used about 4 different headphones mics ??????

If you don't see any recording devices, or you don't see the recording device name based on the drivers you should have installed from MSI's website, then either a) your motherboard is defective (not likely, but can happen) or b) the drivers are not installed correctly.

If you do see the recording device, but it's not producing any sound when using a Mic, first make sure you're plugging the Mic into the correct port on the back of the motherboard, and then check the Windows Audio Recording devices panel to ensure it's set as the default.

A lot of times if you have a GPU that outputs audio over HDMI, it will set itself as the default with every driver update because nVidia can't respect user settings to save their lives. (holy hell, even when you don't choose "Perform clean install" it will still reset my games to use fullscreen instead of borderless fullscreen. WHY)

I will test this and i will tell you the results

I use dvi cable and yes device appear but doesn't record anything
