Upgrading RAM

I'm upgrading my current system and would like another opinion on which RAM I should go with? Thank you for all the help in advance! My systems stats below via CPU-Z:

• Supports 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB or 8 GB DIMMs

I really appreciate the feedback. So with that being said, would the below still be within the parameters? I'm thinking the 14900 is the same basic thing as 14400, so pretty much interchangeable, is that correct? Thanks again
