Ryzen 5 1600 Underclocking

My Ryzen keeps underclocking itself after a while e.g. over night and no matter what i do i can't fix it unless i restart multiple times. Im running an asrock b350 pro4 with latest bios, tried turning off sleep mode, playing with the power settings etc but it will still underclock itself. even if i turn the computer off over night, the first power up it will underclock itself to (99.81 x 5.5) instead of (99.81 x 34.0) and i will have to restart it again to get it back to stock clocks.
 

can anyone help me out?

use default bios settings and try using ryzen master to OC. There have been a lot of complaints about that particular board after latest bios update...

tried all bios versions, tried ryzen oc and overclocking from bios...still goes down to 5.5

Have you tried changing this? 

 

 

Set the minimum processor state to 100% if you never want it to down clock

yep, set it to 100%, still down clocks unfortunately
