I would recommend for you to get the second laptop. It has a way better cpu which you will see a decent different in performance from the i5 rather than the other a6 processor. Also, the second laptop has a 1080p screen rather than 720p which just my preference, 1080p is way better. An i3 ULV should do just fine. So far these are what I've found: Asus Zenbook UX310UA, Acer Spin 3 and Lenovo Ideapad 710s. However you might need 8GB RAM, the 3 options above have soldered RAM. Try to find Acer Aspire 5 15/17 and upgrade the RAM (SSD too if needed), however you need to deal with the TN panel (regional problem)
