I would recommend for you to get the second laptop. It has a way better cpu which you will see a decent different in performance from the i5 rather than the other a6 processor. Also, the second laptop has a 1080p screen rather than 720p which just my preference, 1080p is way better. yes, when browsing the web the pages load quicker on the better cpu.

here they are in price order starting from lowest. Nothing above 6000kr absoloutley not thank you ! also 5000kr is pretty much to.

learning java on it. but like fast browsing through the pc is all I require. SSD is a must. I don't care if its onle one ssd as disk space. school use.

An i3 ULV should do just fine. So far these are what I've found: Asus Zenbook UX310UA, Acer Spin 3 and Lenovo Ideapad 710s. However you might need 8GB RAM, the 3 options above have soldered RAM. Try to find Acer Aspire 5 15/17 and upgrade the RAM (SSD too if needed), however you need to deal with the TN panel (regional problem)
