Internet slowed down

okay so couple of months back my internet speed was okay for me about 10mbs down and 2 up. First my new pc with no internal wlan thingy slowed down to about 1,5 down and 2 up, upload stayed the same all time. I use tp-link w 821n and its drivers are up to date. First it was like all other computers were normal, but always when i opened my pc all pcs slowed down. Then about two weeks ago the internet slowed down for all computers. Does anyone know how to fix this or atleast make it better?

I had this problem with my modem/router it wasn't clearing it's cache properly and so started running very slow, usually after a restart it was a ll good again.  Outside of that it may well be as Aho said and your ISP is throttling. do you have a data limit and can you check how much you have used?
