Helping Uncle find projector

Riddler356

I am trying to help my uncle find a projector that we can use in the top of our families barn, He dosn't really have a budget, but I think he would prefer it if it was ~$1k, but the more options the better.

The only requirements is that is it bright enough to use with some indirect light (similar to the ones used in schools) and 1080p 70"+ (sub 1080p is acceptable if it doesn't make that much of a difference, but the 70+ is necessary).

I am not well versed with projectors, and i have no idea how to calculate relative brightness with lumens which is why I am asking for help. If the price range is too low please let me know.

Nothing to see here, move along

I'm also not very familiar with projectors but I'll try to help you.

How far away is the projector going to be away from the screen?

Edit: Look into the Epson Home Theater 2150

pretty much any distance as it would be moved up to use, then taken back home when done.
