Windows 10 Text - Goofed up!

So this has just happened recently to my knowledge. 

 

I noticed it yesterday but just assumed a nice reset would solve this issue but apparently not. 

 

I can't really explain the issues so I'll upload pictures to show everyone. 

 

It also is affecting my gaming as textures distort and get crazy.

Do you have your GPU overclocked and/or, have you tried dduing and then doing a clean install of your GPU drivers? If you do, avoid the latest drivers from AMD and Nvidia, as they are both buggy. Go for the previous version.
