Question about Graphics cards clock speed

I am looking between the EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 and its "super clocked"  counterpart. for an extra 30 Canadian dollars is it worth the increase of 127 MHz? Not OC card VS Super clocked card

save your money and just get the lower clocked card, you can oc it yourself and it will perform the same

Thank you very much for the speedy reply but I'm also worried that the 1 fan design won't fare well with overclocking

it will still probably get to the factory oc of the other card
