hi, i've noticed that my transfer rate from my desktop(ssd) to an 8GB pendrive(usb2). getting around 1.5MB/s-16MB/s is this normal?

SSD- samsung 850 evo 500GB

pendrive- kingston datatraveller 109 8GB( pendrive is connected to usb 3 port)

specs- asus x550cc

Cpu- intel core i5 3337u

ram-12GB

OS-windows 10

GPU- nvidia gt 720M

It depends on the quality of the USB drive. If the flash memory in the drive is old/low quality it could have immense effect on the transfer speed.
