Best Game Recording Software

Currently i'm using NVIDIA's Shadow Play but it seems pretty low quality and can only record up to 60FPS (and it doesn't even record the full 60FPS it records like 59.1 something)  is there any software out there that records gameplay at higher frame rates?

I use steamlabs OBS, its a lot easier to use than the regular OBS software, and there's already a ton of templates to use. You could also get into twitch streaming really easily, but if you want to just record that's fine too.
