Hi community!

I'm from Vietnam and since the price of Bitcoin is getting lower everyday, many miners sell their graphics card at a very cheap price to invest in something else.

I've managed to get in contact with a guy with his MSi GTX970 Twin Frozr which he games on it, not mining at all for around $215 - and the warranty expired too

But I've also get in contact with a seller claims that he has 1060's (3GB VRAM) with various models for about the same price as the GTX970. He said that he bought them from some other guys who claimed have been using the card for 6 months but the seller not so sure if the cards had been used for mining or gaming. And the seller is giving me a warranty of 6 months - if 1 dies, he will give me another card.

Which option should i choose. I suppose the 1060's were used for mining...

IF the GPU was only used for mining for a couple of months, it may be a good deal. With btc mining, it does wear out the card, but speaking in relativity, its not bad. IF the lifespan of a 1060 is 17 years, 6 months of mining would bring down the life to about 12-15 years.
