I need help making a Cheap PC for gaming. I tried making 2 online, not sure if its ok (Prob, need something cheaper)

I just need a pc that is cheap great for gaming, small-time video editing and looks good. Games might include (PUBG, COD, Modded MC (200 Mods), GTA 5, and other games. I also need 2 HDMI outputs and USB 3.0. It would also need to play games with good FPS while screen recording. ---------------
