My aunt has been wants me to build her a video/picture editing system for her home.

 

She wants best of the best for her money! It's got to be reliable!

She will be using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop!

For light to moderate video editing that would be great. If your trying to edit 4k or something may need more on the GPU end but system would hold up otherwise. I use R71700 and GTX 1070 to edit video at 1080P on premier and its overkill
