HI

my computer has started to over heat and i am thinking about getting a cpu cooler any ideas on which one i should get ?

Hello

I have the Coolermaster hyper 212 EVO, I really love it, it keeps my computer cool and silent, and it's really cheap ;)

I have also heard many good things about the Noctua NH-D14

I'm not trying to be an expert, just trying to help where i can. You can freely decide if you like my advise or not.

Case NZXT Lexa S, CPU Intel I5 2500k, GPU HIS 7850, Motherboard Asrock Z77 extreme 4, Memory Kingston HyperX 1600MHz 8gb, HDD WD 500gb, SSD OCZ 65gb Cooler Coolermaster 212 EVO PSU Corsair CX600

evo 212 > nh d-14 > favorite dual rad water kit > custom loop

Everything else is meh, or overpriced. Moderate overclock or no overclock at all? The evo is fantastic. Want to push the chip a little. Noctua is nice and quiet is a bonus. Want to really push the chip. Dual rad water or bust.

Just make sure they fit your case. These coolers are BIG.
