New Custom PC No POST

I just built a new PC but it won't POST. All fans are spinning and the LEDs are on but it won't display. I've already followed every step on the no POST thread. Here are the specs. It also has a GT 430 that I am using until I can buy a GPU. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

EDIT: There is a little speaker I connected to the mobo and it is not beeping.

Connect the display cable in the GPU and not in the motherboard, see if you ahve display

 

If no display then try take off the gpu from the motherboard, then conect the display cable to the motherboard and see if you have display now

Already tried that and it didn't work.
