Does the ROG ZENITH EXTREME fit in the ECLIPSE P400?

I know but on the website of Asus it says

"Extended ATX Form Factor 
12 inch x 10.9 inch ( 30.5 cm x 27.7 cm )"

 

So I am hella confused

what confuses you? the only thing it MIGHT cover up is the cable management grommets to feed ATX power, PCIe power, and whatever else you plan on pushing through the back side. You can use the knockouts for that, but plan cable lengths accordingly.
