Wireless earbuds that work separately

Is there any good quality wireless earbuds that works independently from each other? I'm using currently Jaybird X3 but it's battery won't last through whole work day. I was thinking that I could use 1 earbud like a half a day and second bud rest of the day. One would think that this is a common feature and would grant user a possibility to chain and recharge earphones for a virtually endless battery duration. For my surprise I haven't found any earbuds that decidedly have this feature.

I am using Android.

You could just get earbuds that come with or are compatible with a charging case somewhat like airpods.

Thanks for the replay but even with charging case I cannot charge and listen at the same time.

None that i could think of Besides getting two cheap Single ear ones Something like linked below. Besides that Getting one that connects in the back and rests on your neck ussualy have Double the battery life over something like airpods and is the best bet for this IMO as the dual headsets seems odd.
