Computer Randomly Freezing/Stuttering Randomly

For quite some time now my computer has randomly been stuttering and I can't find a way to fix it.

When my computer freezes it will loop sound and the display will freeze and this can last for half a second or i've seen it last for 5. 

This happens randomly, When I'm gaming, watching videos or just talking to friends on skype and its becoming a big problem.

I have tried to run a memory test to see if its my Ram and it came back clean. I have ran Prime95 for 12 hour and nothing. (my 3570k is overclocked to 4.4 ghz)

This has come back after 2 months of a fresh install of windows when I installed my SSD.

I have done a disk defrag on my hard drives 

and done a virus check.

I have my 660ti overclocked but it happens when idle and the gpu is not boosting.

My cooling is normal nothing is overheating.

 

So Now I don't know what to do. Please help 

 

I will see if I can get a shadowplay video of what's happening.

yer i have that same problem i noticed it was to do with my SSD's/HDD so maybe check them with Hard disk sentential like the usage /health of them. but even though u have said fresh install of windows and defrags. ummmmm could be a buffer issue maybe

Hmm Well Its been 3 days it seems to have gone away for now
