NEW PC HELP

Hello everyone,

I have recently completed my new PC and it is working as expected when running. However, whenever I boot from a power off state, the peripherals are all off and the screen goes grey. The only way to fix this is restarting the PC once, or twice in some cases, and then it boots into windows just fine. I need some advice because all parts in this PC are brand new and I do not believe this could be a damaged hardware issue. I am open to any suggestion as to the source of this problem. I have thought it might be driver related but I have updated as many drivers as I can and this hasn't been fixed. I have also considered this to possibly being attributed to an inadequate power supply? Then again, I am not completely sure. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!
