This only happens some times, but its happening more often and its getting annoying.

I recently wiped my computer and reinstalled the OS, and the issue still happens so I think its a hardware issue and not a software issue.

Basically, the right side of my monitor, about a pixel wide, down the side duplicates what ever pixels are on the left of the monitor.

Hard to explain, so here is a video showing the issues.

GPU: EVGA 1080TI SC2 Hybrid (Not Overclocked

Monitor: Acer Predator 1440p 165Hrz G-Sync IPS UHD // 3 x AOC 1080p 60Hrz, all monitors are using Display port except one of the 1080p panels.

This issue really only happens after playing a game (usually Overwatch) in full screen and closing it. I don't see the issue when I go back in-game, and if I reboot my computer its fine.

Seeing the exact same problem on mine (XB271HU) with 1080 ftw, always after closing a game.  Youtube playback and scrolling stutter too until I reboot. Haven't tested all my games but bf1 always causes it, codww2 and witcher 3 didn't. Ran each with riva stats overlay; everything looks normal in-game.
