My computer wont start

Alright so I tried starting up my computer by hitting the power button and nothing happens but my computer gets power and everything is plugged. So it's not cause of my PSU and my motherboard has lights on so I don't think it's it so I just instantly thought that it was the CPU or the RAM. Anybody got any sort of solution to my problem

 

My specs:

i7 6700 with intel stock cooler

Gtx 950

Kingston Ram 8 Gb

Kingston 256 Gb ssd

Asus H110M-D D3
