1440p va vs 4k tn

I currently have a 1080p 144hz tn panel and want to upgrade, I care more about visuals than refresh rate(if it's at least 60hz/fps).

C27H711: $350 | 1440p | VA | 3000:1 | 8bit   | 4ms | 27" | curved | no   vesa mount |

U28H750: $450 | 2160p | TN | 1000:1 | 10bit | 1ms | 28" | flat       | has vesa mount |

 

I will still use my other monitor for competitive games but for games like BF1/4 or modern games tomb raider/ far cry/ every modern single player game

both have quantum dot and free sync; the c27h711 can achieve 74hz with free sync.

 

I really don't like the C27H711 not having a vesa mount

 

My other option is just to go sell my current monitor for like $100/150 on ebay and get the more expensive G27HG70

This would be a beast option. Its has "HDR" 144hz curved free sync 2 10bit VA 3000:1 1ms and its vesa capable

if u care more about visuals then refresh rates, go for oled / nano led screen

 

since u still wanna play competitive games keep ur old screen so 1440p 144hz is no option

 

personal opinion

 

keep curent monitor ,  if u really want better visuals that bad.. just go for 4k oled or somthing,  else keep what ya have :v, just calibrate the colors n stuff on the monitor to ur liking

yeah and oled is extremely expensive quantum dot would suit me better
