Ok so here's the thing I need some help with buying a computer chair and I decided to give the LTT forums a shot.

I need a high-back chair with plenty of should space, adjustable arm rests (both height and angle if possible), headrest and long as possible longevity to it.

I recently tried the DX racer medium sized chair at staples and I literally couldn't fit my shoulders in it, I'm built like a football player (never played, never cared) wide shoulders and I'm 6' 3" so finding a chair I can lean back into is kinda ridiculous at this point.

I'm currently looking at the DX racer OH/CS120/N/FT though anything cheaper would be preferable...

any suggestions would be appreciated.

So I'm 195 cm or 6'4 and well let's say I can make a bright day dark while standing in front of someone =P

I got the AK Racing Premium one in black/brown and that fits nicely... only one thing I had to adjust to, the armrest are not coming up as high as I would have liked. else it is comfy for sitting upright, and comfy in reclining on foot up the desk... I really like it. But it was about 300 bucks (€).

here a Link to some pictures... in my view it is the top line:

I own the DX Racer classic and im like 6'0, You need to be carful at your height with that chair because you might find the built in headrest is more at the height of your shoulders which as you can imagine is not that comfortable,

Processor: Ryzen 5950x GPU: RTX 3080  Mobo: X570 Aorus Pro RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

I am like you, and very broad shouldered.  I have the DX Racer Max, and find it uncomfortable, getting pain in my upper back and sometimes obliques after sitting in it for extended periods because it forces my shoulders forward.  I'm with @geo3 on this one, get a solid executive chair and thank yourself later.  I would not buy a DX Racer (or similar) again.

CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K GPU: Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080Ti 11GB RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS MASTER PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 850W 80+ Gold Storage: Samsung 970 Pro 512GB M.2 / Samsung 860 Evo 2TB 2.5" CPU Cooler: Corsair H150i Pro Case: Lian Li Lancool One
