120 mm fan is makeing enormus amount noise

 

if i run it for a few minutes and restart pc

 

the noise stops is there anyway i could fix the fan

 

?

 

its new only a month old hardly

How and where its connected? Does it run full rpms or sound like something is hitting it?

it runs at full fps  .

i checked its the fan  

i cleaned dust off it 

still it makes very loud noise when i start my pc after a couple of minutes fan does not make any noise

Well all fans run full rpm on start. Thats how mobo checks that they are working. After that it applies fan controls to them so that they react either to temp changes or stay at some stable speeds. Thats is if they are connected to mobo and not straight to psu.
