Changing my gpu block, its an msi 1080 seahawk ek and couldn't find anything on their compatibility list.

http://www.performance-pcs.com/water-blocks-gpu/ek-fc-geforce-gtx-fe-nickel-plexi-water-block-for-geforce-1060-1070-1080-1080ti-titanx-pascal-and-titan-xp.html

Would this one work?

The customer service rep who answered my email said that i could use this one

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc1080-gtx-tf6-nickel

But it doesnt cover the whole card like the one i currently have and i aldo dont know if i can reuse the backplate or if i need a new one, any input is welcomed thanks in advance.
