Double SSHD RAID 0 Speed Issues

I am attempting to put these into the mode that essentially "doubles" their performance.

 

Sadly, I am having so many issues and I believe these results to be slower than expected, or I did something wrong.

 

Please tell me if these results are normal, or if they are bad.

So why are you using raid in disk management, its bad, don't do that.

 

Use storage spaces instead, its a much better raid solution in windows 8+

I was, but I thought the speeds were pretty bad too.

 

The speeds listed right now are terrible right?

try a different benchmark.
