Boots only into bios

Hello, 
I recently bought an AMD ryzen 3 with b350m-a k motherboard, vengeance 8gb ram and a psu. 
For the graphics card and hdd, I used the one that I already had(1050ti and 1tb Wd Hdd)
When I boot it up, it only boots into bios and shows check signal cable otherwise.
I'd be glad if any of yall can help me out with this

is there an OS on the HDD?

 

if so double check the boot order in bios and if needed adjust

Yes, there is os in the Hdd, and the boot order is prioritized to Wd Hdd.

what if you select the hdd manually from the boot menu

Check the settings for uefi and AHCI. It may take a little fiddling.

It's already in AHCI, for the os, it's put to other os and not uefi

How do I do that? 

As far as I know, it's put to 1st priority

usually its f8 or f12 to get to the boot menu
