almost 40gb in appdata?

im just wondering if its normal to have a 37gb appdata folder

the data is spread out between all 3 folders inside

cpu: 3570k cooler: H100i m/b: Asus Maximus V Formula ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance gpu: Asus Nvidia GTX 680 DCUII ssd: Samsung 840 pro hdd: WD Black 2tb case: CMStorm Stryker psu:  Corsair AX860

Yeah, same for me. I did delete around 10GB from the AppData/Local/Temp folder though, so that helped the situation just a tad.

Usually that is the location of program temp/dump folders, especially your browsers. Try downloading Drive Spacio to see what is taking up the majority of the space, then you can decide if it's OK to remove.
