My computer fans ticks constantly, I tried recording with phone and it sounds kinda similar.

Anyone know how to resolve this or why this is happening?

Fans are correctly mounted and never sounded like this before (2+ years)

Hmm that sounds like the motor is having issues, is it all of them or just one? If its all of them could be power related if its just one might be a dying fan or its wobbling and scraping the side (would make visible marks)

Yeah that does sound pretty bad , monitor your temps and make sure that because of this your CPU doesn't overheat.

It could be that a bearing has come out , or several , so it is not spinning correctly. Look around for any lose parts , if not then I agree with AresKrieger , it sounds like it could be an issue with the motor on it.
