New PC ( Streaming )

Hello..

 

I'm building my new PC and these are the parts. ( + Asus GTX 1070 8gb )

 

My question is, I want to stream on this PC, will i be able to stream? I have every part, but im waiting on my GPU and CPU, should I go for the 2nd Gen AMD or with this one?
