DDR4 compatibility

I am planning an enthusiast build utilizing the new amd 2700x and either an X370 or X470 depending on how the new stats look in the next month or so. My main question however is that I was planning on picking up a 2x8gb set of G.SKILL ripjaws V 3200 memory but I noticed as I was checking out that it is optimized for Intel chipsets. I was wondering if there were any compatibility or optimization issues here or if it will still perform as it should. Thanks for any advice and help
