Mine only got 100.58, though my cpu is only a 4670k not even oced rn. Also my 1070ti never passed 20% load.

maybe cinebench isn't that accurate for GPUs

I wouldnt say that, maybe its moreso that our cards are being bottlenecked more. For instance, your 6700k shouldnt in theory bottleneck your 1070ti but lets just say it does. In that instance I would assume that your 970 was running using the majority of its capacity to get that score while both of our 1070tis are barely using 20% when given the load. For instance while both of our 1070tis are barely using 20% capacity, we both have dramatically different scores. This is because not only is my 4670k not currently overclocked, but at stock your 6700k is faster. (and for the record my 4670k wasnt even boosting to 3.8ghz, sitting at 3.57). So if I can stable my old ocs Ill see if the scores got closer to your or not.
