Drone camera

Hi, I'm in the process of building my first drone (Hexacopter) and I was wondering what camera I should put on it. Would it work if I put a DJI Osmo mobile 2 and a pretty cheap sony camera and connected that to some hdmi to wifi sender?!?

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to make essentially make a phantom, that's a good way to do it. The Sony cam won't be able to use a wifi sender, you'll have to use an analog fpv video system. It'll be low resolution, but it'll have no latency.
