PC Audio Problem

So originally I had a problem when my PC would not dish out audio. I bought a external Sound Card USB which worked for a while but it has came to the point to where I can hear Audio but No one can hear me. When I click Listen under recording devices it's just a buzz. I have tried multiple headphones and multiple external sound cards. Please Help.
