Well.. This Is something I've wanted to do for a long time, because Until now I've had to manually locate files on a Remote NAS and download it to mine. Is there anyway I could configure them with some software to download new files to my server

Basically I want to sync up my files over the Net.

Thanks for your help in advance.

If you're running a linux distribution such as Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc you could use rsync. It's a tool that uses ssh to transfer data. Rsync - Wikipedia & man page

On Windows there is software called Resilio Sync. Pro version has more options, but free/trial will get the idea of what it can do. I'm sure there are ways to do automated scripting with other, mainly backup software like RoboCopy to achieve same.
