Memory for Intel NUC build

With the current ram shortage, not really. (Cell phones in the last few years have been causing prices to jump dramatically, making ram significantly more expensive.) My one piece of advice to you is: don't get hung up on name brand or 'GAMING' ram. Brands like Corsair's ValueSelect are perfectly fine for the money.
