It looks good the only thing I would change is the graphics card if you are spending 240 the. Get the 7870xt over the 7870 ghz. The only thing I would change. Well maybe getting a mobo with the 990fx chipset for the fx8350

I will most likely switch to the 990FX board, not sure about the 7870XT. I get better games with the GHz Ed.
