chrome redirecting site from http https.

I'm trying to edit my website which is hosted by 1and1. I'm using wordpress. Everytime I go to the site it's forcing it to go to https:// which is causing an error:

Basicaly, to solve this issue it is necessary to disable HTTP Strict Transport Security on the web-server 3rdrevolution.com (IIS, Apache, nginx,...). For nginx edit its HTTPS section in nginx.conf and set 'max-age=0' for Strict-transport-Security:

Tried that, tried it on multiple devices
