weird "message" sounds

Hi people, hmm yeah how can I explain this, 

since like a few minutes in getting like these "sounds" of my laptop like if I'm getting messages, like with "social media" apps, 

like: Skype, Discord, Steam and I even checked my "online" aka: lol games, and I didn't see anything. So I'm getting like these weird sounds / notifications and I dont know what to do about it. Anyone has the same problem / or has a solution? I have no background apps working ( disabled them all ).. anyone?
