CPU bottlenecking in CSGO?

Greetings!

I want to cut through the chase;

So for the past few months, I'm only getting 60 fps - 80fps max in csgo. but I'm pretty sure my Computer could handle more fps based on my build.

Current Build;

OS: Windows 10 Home (64 bit)

CPU:Intel Core i5 6600 @ 3.30GHz (Skylake 14nm Technology)

RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz (15-15-15-36)

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H170 PRO GAMING (LGA1151)

GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (NVIDIA) (SLI Disabled)

HDD: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA)

Monitor/s: ASUS VC239 (1920x1080@60Hz)

I think my downfall here is my ram? it was my first build. so I wasn't paying attention at the ram at all when I was prioritizing the CPU and GPU.

I don't know. but I'm pretty sure my CPU is bottlenecking. Any solutions? thanks in advance!

FYI: The cpu isn't i5 6600k. just the normal 6600 :)

M12II-620 EVO is my PSU. 620 volts is good enough... Right?

You should be getting above 150 fps unless you have aa at 16x

Is it on the csgo settings? If so;

I posted my settings :)
