For some reason when I boot up my pc it completely black screens once logged in.

When it boots up, it will go through the login screen (Although, all the buttons disappear).

After this I'm left with a black screen. There's no task bar, no background, all the applications are gone.

I am able to open up task manager and enter windows explorer through there, but when I try to select a different folder (or right click something) explorer will crash.

I've tried booting into safe mode which didn't change anything and I tried using sfc /scannow to findthe issue but this returned that there were no issues.

Would anyone have an idea as to what is going on?

Thank you in advance for any help!
