I have a copy of Diablo 3 and its activated and all but I haven't played it in forever. Something happened to my phone and I had tor restore it to factory settings and I lost the authentication app connected with my account. i can no longer use my phone to authenticate my account to login and when i went to the support page and tried to remove the authentication it asked me to provide a government issues id image and i have no fucking clue what that means so if anyone can help me that would be great.

Call the support if you are living in a country where its supported and you will probably get it sorted in a hour or two.

basically it means take a photo or photo copy of a drivers license, health care card, birth certificate... etc.

I had to do the same thing a while ago it is quite a lengthy process.
