Hey guys, for years I've played on console but now I want to invest in a PC. I know almost nothing about pc setups and what hardware is required so I thought that maybe I could get some help here...

Goal:
Primarily I want to be able to play Fortnite on highest settings on a 144hz monitor without lag.
I'm not really sure whether I want to be in the $7-800 price range and buy second hand or if I wanna buy a new in the $14-1500.
However I've been looking at a few second hand builds, but I just dont know which one is the best buy. But I'll put the specs and the price here so that you can maybe guide me:

The thing is this, living in Denmark means that I can add another 25% to your build :/
I really would like some guidance on which one of the above is better. Thanks for the reply though :)
