Usb c - HDMI?

Hello,

I was thinking of purchasing a kick-ass msi laptop. 8th Gen i9 with 2 1070's in sli. Currently I'm living in a dorm and they don't allow desktops computers in the dorms. don't ask me why.... So I was thinking of this way. I wanted 3 Ultrawides on my desk, but due to it being a laptop it only has 1 hdmi...... But then I thought what if i got a usb - c hdmi. The one i'm looking at is usb - c to 2 hdmi's right. So i could use to other hdmi on my laptop! But i was thinking. My  ultrawides  ( that i will be ordering ) have 200hz on them. If i got the adapter, will it effect it in any way?

I doubt your monitors will be able to use the full 200hz because USB C to HDMI cables are capable of 4k 60hz.

Why not try to get a laptop that fits your needs along with the ridiculous three ultra wide monitors for a dorm?
