Most important is the 24 Pin Power Connector and the 8 Pin CPU Power connector that has to be connected to your motherboard. (You can google those so you know what they look like). As for the NZXT case fans, they should go on the SYS_FAN header. (Checked the model of your motherboard, GIGABYTE B250M-DS3H and I noticed that it only has 1 fan header, you might need to get a fan hub if you want to connect more case fans.) and the CPU cooler fan goes to the CPU_FAN header.

Why isn’t the 4 pin for the 24 going all the way in?
