Amazon gift card

i was trying to order a dope RGB mouse on Amazon and i have a gift card in my account but when i try to buy stuff i clicked on "use $25 card balance" and the continue button is unclickable and i get a "please enter payment info" But i selected gift card, anyone know whats going on?
